is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2008 by Hmong parents with the goal to preserve and pass on the Hmong language and culture to Hmong Americans. What started as a volunteer-based grassroots cultural organization has become a full-service community center that celebrates all cultures and diversity.
Today, we have served over 5000 youth and hundreds of their families. We strive to develop exceptional programs with youth and community in mind. HYPU is the bridge for marginalize communities to seek resources and for local government to reach out to it’s most vulnerable communities.
